Adrian Mannarino is the 19th seed at Roland Garros but is not in good form at present. He takes on qualifier Giulio Zeppieri in the first round of the French Open. An unseeded Australian will be faced in the second round, either Thanasi Kokkinakis or Alexei Popyrin. Mannarino is one of the most vulnerable surviving seeds at Roland Garros this year. The Frenchman is 21st in the live rankings but only 66th in the ATP Race. He's still waiting for his first win on clay this year having lost all four of his matches. Last year was a bit of a disaster on clay too with only two out of ten matches being won. At Roland Garros, Mannarino has a terrible record. In 17 previous tournaments he's only won three matches and lost in round one in each of the past four years.

Giulio Zeppieri is 148th in the latest rankings but was as high as 110th earlier in the year. The Italian is up to 145th in the Live ATP Race after Monday's matches at Roland Garros. He had to win three matches to qualify for this main draw. One set was lost in his second match as he had to come from behind to beat Dalibor Svrcina. This is his third successive year in the main draw and last year saw him get to round two beating Alexander Bublik and taking Casper Ruud to four sets. He's had little success on the ATP Tour this year but did get to the second round of the Australian Open this year with a win over Dusan Lajovic and taking Cameron Norrie to five sets. We tip him to beat Mannarino.
