The second quarter-final on Night 11 of the 2025 Premier League Darts season will see Gerwyn Price taking on Nathan Aspinall in Rotterdam on Thursday night. The Iceman is in third place in the league standings, while the Asp is fourth, with both players level on 15 points each. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

The highlight of the night in Manchester last week was seeing Gerwyn Price pin a stunning nine-darter in the first round of the competition. Unfortunately, he still lost the match 6-3 to Luke Littler. 

Following that defeat, the Iceman headed to the Players Championship on Monday afternoon and had another underwhelming performance, bowing out in round two 6-4 to Max Hopp. 

While Price has been the more successful in this matchup, beating Aspinall eight times in their last 10 meetings, he did lose their most recent encounter 6-5 on the European Tour less than two weeks ago. 

Meanwhile, night 10 of the competition could prove to be the turning point in Nathan Aspinall’s season, as he held off Luke Humphries in the final to secure his first nightly win this year. 

That result had a significant impact on the league standings, with the Asp now inside the playoff cutoff in fourth, level on points with Price and Michael van Gerwen, though he is above the latter on the tie-breaker. 

Aspinall continued his incredible form in the Players Championship on Monday, where he reached the final but was edged to the title 8-6 by Australian number one Damon Heta.
