Gasquet vs Andy Murray Prediction & Betting Tips - Rolex Paris Masters
by | in Rolex Paris Masters Predictions
Andy Murray looks to be in great form this week in Paris. He's had two impressive straight sets wins so far and only dropped eight points on service against David Goffin. If he can do that in the Davis Cup then British eyes certainly will be smiling. He's been in good form for the past few weeks making the final of his last tournament before losing to Novak Djokovic. In the quarter finals he takes on Frenchman Richard Gasquet who will need all the home support he can get. Gasquet has risen to ninth in the world rankings mainly due to his performances at Wimbledon where he reached the semi-final and the US Open where he lost in the last eight. So far in this tournament he's beaten Leonardo Mayer and was a set and 4-1 up on Kei Nishikori before the Japanese player retired with an abdominal injury. Recent form has been good with a run to the semi-finals in the Swiss Open and in Stockholm. He has been losing to a few players ranked below him though and I just can't see him getting a set off Murray who he's lost his last four matches to.
