Francisco Comesana vs Lorenzo Musetti Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Wimbledon Championships

Francisco Comesana is playing at Wimbledon for the first time and takes on 25th seed Lorenzo Musetti in round three. The winner will face unseeded opposition in the last 16, either Emil Ruusuvouri or lucky loser Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.

Comesana is in only his second grass court tournament. The other was at last week's Eastbourne ATP Tour event, and he lost in the first qualifying round there. He's best known for his clay court results that took him to 122nd in the last ranking list.

The first round (his debut in a Grand Slam main draw) saw him defeat sixth seeded Andrey Rublev in four sets.  He followed that up with a five-set win over unseeded Adam Walton. That was a tough match as he had to come from two sets to one down and win the decider in a tie-break. 

His run to the third round of this grass court Grand Slam has seen him rise to 99th in the live rankings and 115th in the live ATP Race. He lacks experience on this surface but has already proved he has plenty of ability.

Lorenzo Musetti is having a successful grass court season. The Italian reached the final at Queen's Club, losing to Tommy Paul. Before that he made it to the semi-finals in Stuttgart and is continuing to play well this week at Wimbledon.

He's up to 24th in the live rankings but four places higher in the ATP Race. Musetti has so far this week beaten Constant Lestienne in four sets but then needed a final set to get past Luciano Darderi after trailing two sets to one. We see over 3.5 sets played in this match.
