France vs Wales Prediction & Betting Tips - Six Nations

Six Nations leaders Wales just need to win this match to complete the Grand Slam for the second time in three years. However, home side France who are third with a game in hand have title hopes of their own. Their own Grand Slam hopes died last week when losing to England. They now have two home games against Wales and Scotland and currently trail Wales by nine points and have an inferior goal difference. To win the title, France need firstly to win both their games. Then it'll go to bonus points they earn and possibly points difference. Before the loss to England, France had beaten Italy and Ireland before illness caused the postponement of their game with Scotland. That match is due to take place on March 26. It's not often that a team gets to what is supposed to be the final week of the Six Nations and are yet to play a home game.
Wales won the Grand Slam two years ago but could only finish fifth in 2020. They have bounced back to form this year and have already won the triple crown. They face a team though that have beaten them in their last two meetngs, including going to Cardiff and getting a win. If they don't win this match it's not the end of their title hopes. Preventing France getting a bonus point will be useful but ensuring they get a bonus point of their own will be helpful. A win for France but no bonus point while Wales get one for a narrow loss would see them win the title. Mind you, why losing teams can earn a bonus point is almost as much a mystery as why Italy are in these championships. Wales make just one change from the team that beat Italy 48-7 last weekend. This is a far tougher task though and France can get the home win.
