France squeezed past Argentina in their first pool match in the 2019 Rugby World Cup. In an exciting game they beat Argentina 23-21 to improve their chances of again making it into the last eight of the world cup. They start this game in third place in the pool behind England, who have won both their games and Argentina who bounced back with a 28-12 win over Tonga. That took them to six points, two ahead of France. However, the French should have few problems in going back above the Argentinians as they take on the Americans. The USA lost their opening game to England by 45 points to seven and have only ever won one game against France with the other six being lost. France know their task here, get a win and a bonus point. Both should be achieved and the tip here is to back them on a handicap of -27 points.
