Felix Auger Aliassime vs Daniil Medvedev Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP US Open

There are so many of the top 16 in men's tennis that are yet to win a Grand Slam. That description fits both Daniil Medvedev and Felix Auger-Aliassime who play in this US Open semi-final. Second seeded Daniil Medvedev has had a successful year but still can't win a Grand Slam or take the number one ranking off Novak Djokovic. He's won three singles titles this year and the ATP Cup with Russia. His most recent success was in the Toronto Masters and he's been in good form throughout this tournament. If he wins this match, it'll be his third Grand Slam final and second in New York. To reach his third successive US Open semi-final, Medvedev has had wins over  Richard Gasquet, Dominik Koepfer, Pablo Andujar, 24th seeded Daniel Evans and Botic van de Zandschlup.  Just the one set dropped and that was in the last round.  His one previous match against Auger-Aliassine produced a three set win for the Russian. 

That match took place in 2018 and the Canadian wasn't even in the top 100 at that stage. He's moved up the rankings since then and is 11th in the live list. This is his first Grand Slam semi-final and comes after making it to the last eight at Wimbledon. He's bidding to reach his third final of the year, both of which have been lost. Auger-Aliassime is yet to win an ATP Tour title but came into this tournament in good form after making it to the last eight in Cincinnati. He has had wins in New York against Evgeny Donosky, Bernabe Zapata Miralles, Roberto Bautista Agut, Frances Tiafoe and Carlos Alcarez who retired in the second set.  A bet on over 36.5 games in this match is the suggested wager.
