Tenth-placed Barcelona will welcome ninth-placed Crvena Zvezda in their next outing in the EuroLeague. Our prediction for this match is included below so read on.

Barcelona suffered an 86-81 defeat away to Bologna last time out in Europe. The sixth loss in their last eight matches in the competition, saw them drop to a 9-8 record.

Barca are tied on the same record with two other teams including Zvezda. Another defeat here could see them drop three more places in the table. But with their dominant record when up against Zvezda, the Spanish giants will be confident of returning to winning ways.

Barca have won the last 12 meetings with Zvezda. They won the reverse match in OT 98-94 back in October.

Crvena Zvezda are in a rich vein of form and will hope they can maintain this and snap Barca’s winning streak in this fixture. Ioannis Sfairopoulos’ men have won six times in their last seven matches across all competitions.

After a disappointing offensive showing against Efes on matchday 16, Zvezda returned to winning ways last time out against Maccabi. The Serbian giants, who are averaging 83.4 points and allowing 81.9 points, outscored visiting Maccabi 81-73.
