Two of the competition's top favorites to lift the cup go head to head when Barcelona hosts Monaco for round 27 of the EuroLeague. The Spanish side sits second in the standings with an 18-8 record while the French club comes in at fifth with a 16-10 record. With the playoffs fast approaching, teams will be jockeying for a top-six finish which grants automatic qualification. Those who place seventh to 10th-place will have to take part in the new play-in showdown to earn entry.

Barcelona will be looking to close the gap on rivals Real Madrid who currently top the EuroLeague with 22 wins and five defeats. With a game in hand, Barcelona can trim that lead to just three games as we head into the home stretch of the regular season. Across all competitions, Monaco comes into this matchup with six wins from their last seven, with their only defeat coming against Paris Basketball in the Leaders Cup LNB.
