They are second in the table and only two points behind Wales as they have earned two bonus points in their three games. England can't win the title if Wales win their final two games to complete a Grand Slam but could close to within a point with one game to go. That's because they are likely to win this game against Italy and secure another bonus point. They have won all previous 13 games against Italy and scored three times more points than them. Maro Itoje and wing Jack Nowell are doubtful for this game.
Italy have lost their three games in this year's Six Nations Championship. That makes it 20 consecutive defeats for the Italians in this tournament and it's almost inevitable they'll get to 21 this weekend with another defeat heading their way. Not since 2016 have they beaten one of the leading rugby nations. England can win this game on a -33 handicap.
