England vs Australia Prediction & Betting Tips - Test Match

Both of these two sides have plenty of problems going into this Third Test at Headingley in Leeds. England tried their best to win the Second Test on a fascinating final day and if so much play hadn't been lost, it's likely they would have won that match. The arrival of Jofra Archer made a massive difference in that Second Test match. His fast bowling is going to be a major asset for England for many years to come. With Chris Broad also in fine form and Jack Leach looking steady, England have a good chance of winning this test. James Anderson is being assessed and if he could return for this match, England will definitely have a chance of leveling the series with two tests to play. England still have their problems though. Joe Root isn't in the best of form, Joe Denly still doesn't impress at this level and Jason Roy still forgets at times that he's not in a one-day game. They have a long batting line-up though and the middle order regularly saves them.

Australia were in a decent position at Lord's but the loss of Steve Smith after he was hit in the neck by a delivery from Jofra Archer changed the game. He may well miss this match and that'd be a disaster for the Australians as their batting line-up is also having problems. Neithe of their openers are in good form and the rest of the batting line-up lacks consistency. Their bowling wasn't that impressive at Lord's either, especially Nathan Lyon who was particularly disappointing in the second innings. England have a great chance here and can be backed to win the match.
