Second seed Daniel Elahi Galan will take on Dominik Koepfer on Saturday in the semifinals of the Piemonte Open. Koepfer has dominated on clay in the Challenger Circuit where all 20 of his wins this season have come. He has lost just four matches on the surface. This form has seen him play three finals and win the Mexico City Open. He is yet to lose a semifinal match and will be confident of winning here to level the head-to-head record against Galan.
