Diego Sebastián Schwartzman vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Monte Carlo Masters

Defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas is up against Diego Schwartzmann in the Monte Carlo Masters quarter finals. The winner of this match faces either second seed Alexander Zverev or ninth seed Jannik Sinner in the semi-finals. Tsitsipas is the third seed in this Master event but the second highest remaining one. The world number five is yet to win a tournament this year but did make the final of the hard court event held in Rotterdam, losing to Felix Auger-Aliassime. He'll be hoping for another successful European clay court season. Not only did he win this title last year but also made it to the final at Roland Garros. This week has seen him get wins over Fabio Fognini,and Laslo Djere without dropping a set.

12th seeded Diego Schwartzmann is world ranked 16th but up a place in the live rankings. He'll be aiming to move further up the rankings and hopefully regain his place in the top ten. He already has a win over Tsitsipas this year, beating him in the ATP Cup. He has had success on the South American clay court tour making two finals in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janiero. His hard court season hasn't gone too well since so he'll be happy to again be playing tournaments on clay. He's been in the quarter finals at Roland Garros three times in the past four years so will make life tough for Tsitsipas. So far in Monte Carlo, he's had wins over Karen Khachanov (in three sets). Marton Fucsovics and then another three-setter against Lorenzo Musetti after losing the first set. Tsitsipas looks in the better form and loves Monte Carlo where he now lives. Go for the Greek to win.
