The Detroit Pistons (33-27) and the Brooklyn Nets (21-38) square off Little Caesars Arena in Saturday's NBA clash. The Pistons are sixth in the Eastern Conference table, while the Nets are 11th. Here's our match prediction.

The Detroit Pistons enter the second night of a back-to-back aiming to return to winning ways. On Friday, the hosts' found themselves losing by 15 points in a 134-119 home defeat against the Denver Nuggets which ended an eight-match winning streak.

Malik Beasley led the team with 16 points, while Ausar Thompson contributed 13 points. As for Cade Cunningham he contributed a season-low 11 points.

Coming into their final four-game homestand, the Pistons have managed two wins and a solitary loss. Despite a recent setback, their form is still impressive with eight wins in their last nine outings.

The Brooklyn Nets, on the other hand, enter the second night of a back-to-back in poor form. They have lost three matches in a row and proved competitive on two occasions. 

Their most recent defeat was against the Portland Trail Blazers, losing 121-102 at home. Nic Claxton, Killian Hayes and Cam Thomas all contributed 16 points. As a team, they shot 41.4% from the field and 24.1% from the three-point range. 

The Nets come into this match with three wins in their last four away matches. Before this, the visitors were on a three-match losing streak.
