NBA action continues this Wednesday with the Denver Nuggets looking to improve their recent form at the Ball Arena when they host the Philadelphia 76ers. The Nuggets (26-16) are currently fourth in the Western Conference, while the 76ers (15-26) are 11th in the East. Let's get into the match prediction. 

The Nuggets seem to have rediscovered their form once again with six wins from their last seven matches, most recently seeing out Orlando Magic 113-100 on Monday. 

Nikola Jokic dominated the paint once against with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists, while Christian Braun contributed 20 points and Jamal Murray added a further 19.

The Nuggets are averaging an impressive 120.1 PPG this season (third in the league); however, they are allowing 115.5 PPG (23rd overall). 

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have extended their dismal record to six consecutive losses after the Milwaukee Bucks bested them 123-109 on Monday. 

Tyrese Maxey was the overall top scorer with a hard-fought 37 points, but he lacked support as none of his teammates broke the 20-point mark. They lost the free throw, field goal and rebound battles on the night.

The Sixers average 107.5 PPG (27th overall) and allow 111.6 PPG (11th overall), while holding the worst record for rebounds (39.3) and assists (22) in the league.
