Denmark take on South Korea in their final match in Group A of the Women's Olympic handball tournament. The handball ladies of Denmark are already through to the last eight, but South Korea still have work to do to join them. Here's our prediction.

Let's look at South Korea first and with one set of games to go they are in fifth position. The top four qualify for the quarter-finals but South Korea are behind fourth-placed Germany, though they both have two points from their four matches.

The Koreans won their first match with a surprise victory over Germany but have struggled with losses to both Slovenia and Norway. Thursday saw them take on Sweden and they were five goals down at the break. They played better in the second half, but the Swedes still won by five goals.

Denmark have six points from their four group fixtures. That's ensured they will be in the quarter-finals but still have a chance of winning the group. They are second behind Sweden, who also have six points as do third-placed Norway. The Danes are still hopeful therefore of a fourth Olympic title.

Three of their four games in this group have been won. The only loss was to Norway but on Thursday, the Danish side just edged out Germany, winning 28-27. They have lost three of their last 15 games but all those losses were inflicted by Norway.
