World champions Denmark bid to extend their winning run in this Olympic tournament. They are already through to the knockout stages and end Group B with a match against second-placed Norway. Read on to learn our prediction of this match.

The Danes lead the table by two points but losing to second-placed Norway would see the Norwegians finish in top spot on head-to-head points. Denmark are the world champions and won the last three tournaments. In the Olympics, they won in 2016 but took the silver three years ago.

They have won all four of their group matches. Most recently on Friday, the Danes defeated Hungary by a three-goal margin. 133 goals have been scored in their four group wins and they'll want to end as group winners.

Against Norway, Denmark drew their most recent match which was played in the Golden League three months ago. They did get a win by a six-goal margin in the European Championships held in January of this year.

Norway are also through to the quarter-finals but could lose second place to Egypt. The Egyptians are only a point behind them and take on Argentina (yet to earn a point) in their final group fixture. The Norwegians won their first three group fixtures but lost on Friday.

That loss came at the hands of Egypt by just one goal. Before that, they'd struggled to beat Hungary who led by two goals at the break. This is tougher for them, and we tip Denmark to win on a -4 goals handicap.
