The Dallas Mavericks continue their NBA campaign when they welcome the LA Clippers to the American Airlines Center this Sunday. The Mavs (17-10) and the Clippers (16-12) are fourth and fifth respectively in the Western Conference. Let's get into the match prediction. 

The Mavericks will look to bounce back from arguably one of their worst performances this season when they lost 118-95 to this opponent on Friday. 

With  Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic out, Klay Thompson was left short of support as he ended the match with the only 20+ point contribution, as the Mavs averaged a dismal 23% from beyond the arc.

Dallas are averaging an impressive 118.6 points per game (sixth in the league) while allowing an average of 112.7 PPG (13th in the league). 

Meanwhile, the Clippers will look to make it three wins on the bounce after easily dispatching Utah 144-107 and seeing out a light Mavericks side on Friday.

With one of the worst offensive averages of the season, the Clippers are averaging 109.9 PPG (22nd in the league). However, they make up for this shortfall with the fifth-best defensive record of the season, allowing just 107.4 points per game.
