The Cowboys will have to get by without the services of left tackle Tyron Smith whose absence is a big miss for quarterback Dak Prescott. Tampa Bay has a growing list of worrying injuries as well and will be without their starting center Ryan Jensen who is feared to miss a good portion of the season with a knee injury. Jensen has been a mainstay for the Bucs and is the only center that Brady has taken snaps under since arriving in 2020. The two players touted as potential replacements for Jensen both didn’t play any center in college and have less than 100 snaps in the NFL. Brady might also be without key wide receiver Chris Godwin, who is stated to be a gametime decision as to whether or not he will be ready to go.
