Dallas Cowboys vs Atlanta Falcons Prediction & Betting Tips - NFL

Dallas Cowboys are riding high, top of the NFC East. They look to get a seventh win of the season when Atlanta Falcons who are one from bottom in the NFC South. Dallas have a season record of 6-2 and that puts them three wins clear of Philadelphia and the New York Giants. Overall in the NFC, the Cowboys are in fourth place, behind Arizona, Green Bay and Tampa Bay.  Not since 2018 have they made the play-offs but that poor run looks to be ending. Dallas lost their opening game of the season, but only by two points to defending champions Tampa Bay. They built on that performance with six straight wins before losing to Denver. 

Atlanta are 4-4 this season and that has them one win behind New Orleans and two adrift of Tampa Bay. Overall in the NFC, Atlanta are in seventh which is the final wildcard place. A loss here though would likely see them drop out of those wildcard places. Atlanta got off to a poor start with three losses in their first four games.  New York Jets and Miami Dolphins were beaten in their next two games, before a home loss to Carolina. Last week saw them get to 4-4 with a two point win over New Orleans. They led that game 17-3 after three quarters but just hung on after losing the final one 22-10. They can't afford a quarter like that against Dallas. Back the Cowboys to win and overcoming a six point spread.
