Two seeds meet in the last eight of the indoor clay court Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. Fourth seed Coco Gauff takes on fifth-seeded Jasmine Paolini. The winner will be up against either Aryna Sabalenka or Elise Mertens next. Here's our match prediction.

Cori Gauff won one hard court title at the start of this year but has struggled for consistency since. That's illustrated by the fact the 20-year-old is only tenth in the WTA Live Race. Last year went well for her on clay though with a semi-final at Roland Garros and the last eight in this tournament.

This is her first clay court tournament of the year. Her one match this week has seen her beat Ella Seidel for the loss of only two games. Gauff has won both of her previous matches against Paolini but this is their first match on clay.

Jasmine Paolini was the runner-up in last year's French Open and also a quarter-finalist in this tournament. The world number six is only 14th in the WTA Live Race. Only one semi-final has been reached this year by the Italian.

Wins this week have come against two German wild cards Eva Lys and Julie Niemeier. Both were won in straight sets.
