Corentin Moutet vs Miomir Kecmanovic Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Chengdu Open

Seventh seed Miomir Kecmanovic and the unseeded Corentin Moutet will on Saturday square off at the Chengdu Open. They will battle in the second round with the victor next playing the winner of the tie between Alexander Zverev and Pavel Kotov. Corentin Moutet lost just four games as he dispatched wildcard Mu Tao in the first round. He will hope to be as decisive against Kecmanovic to boost his quest of turning his season around. The Frenchman has struggled with his form and has lost four more matches than the 13 he has won. He has a losing record in all but one surface. Moutet has won five of 11 matches on hard court which is the most he has managed at a single surface. The 24-year-old is making his Chengdu debut and his winning start has moved him up three places to 119th in the live ranking.

Miomir Kecmanovic also won his first-round match in straight sets. The Serbian defeated the qualifier Benjamin Lock by the loss of five games to mark his return here with victory. Kecmanovic last played in Chengdu five years ago and was then unable to make it out of the qualifying rounds. He too has found the going tough this year and is also currently on a losing record. The 24-year-old has compiled a 21-24 record and has won nine of 19 matches on hard court. Despite his struggles, Kecmanovic has managed to record two runner-up finishes at tour level with one being on hard court. He has moved up two places to 45th in the live ranking. Kecmanovic won the first meeting with Moutet, although through retirement, last season in Naples.
