Clara Tauson vs Karolina Muchova Prediction & Betting Tips - WTA Dubai Tennis Championships

Clara Tauson’s excellent run in the outdoor hard court Dubai Tennis Championships continued on Thursday. The unseeded player beat Linda Noskova and now faces 14th seed Karolina Muchova in the last four. Here’s our match prediction.

After defeating top seed Aryna Sabalenka on Wednesday, Tauson was again in top form 24 hours later with another straight sets win. So far in Dubai, only one set has been dropped and that was to Elina Svitolina. It’s a good return for Tauson who last week faced Svitolina in Doha and had to retire after losing the first set 6-0. The Dane is now 27th in the live rankings. In the WTA Live Race, the 22-year-old is in sixth position.

Karolina Muchova has had wins over Suzan Lamens, Emma Raducanu. McCartney Kessler and Sorana Cirstea this week. Only the match against Kessler went to a final set.Two of her last three matches have had over 20.5 games played, the other had 20.

Muchova is up to 15th in the live rankings. Beating Tauson will see her rise two places and in the WTA Live Race, move up from 13th to as high as seventh. This could be a tight match between two in-form players, and we tip over 20.5 games to be played.
