Christopher Eubanks will hope to continue with his impressive showing at Wimbledon when he plays Stefanos Tsitsipas on Monday. The winner of this fourth-round tie will set up a quarterfinal showdown with either third-seed Daniil Medvedev or unseeded Jiri Lehecka. Eubanks is enjoying his Wimbledon main draw debut. Before this season, the American had four times failed to advance from the qualifying rounds. His form here is a reflection of the season he is having. Eubanks won his first tour-level title in Mallorca just days before arriving at the All England Club. He is now on an eight-match unbeaten run and defeated Christopher O’Connell in his last match. This moved him up to 38th in the live ranking which is a career high placing for him.

Stefanos Tsitsipas is through to the fourth round here for the first time in five years. The Greek last played a Wimbledon fourth-round tie in 2018 and will now target to go beyond the round for the first time. The current world number five defeated unseeded Laslo Djere in three sets in his last match. This was his fourth win on grass, a surface he has struggled on this year. Tsitsipas made the final at the Australian Open in what is arguably his best result so far this season. The 24-year-old has played for more than 10 hours at Wimbledon and will hope he isn’t jaded for this match with Eubanks.
