Christopher Eubanks vs Aleksandar Vukic Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Atlanta Open

World number 29 Christopher Eubanks will take on 78th-ranked Aleksandar Vukic in the quarter-final of the ATP Atlanta Open on Saturday. The winner of this match will face either Ugo Humbert or Alex de Minaur in the semi-final. There have been six previous meetings between these players, mostly on the Challenger circuit, and Vukic leads 4-2. Somewhat surprisingly, Eubanks went into the last match against Brandon Nakashima as a fairly big outsider. While the match remained fairly level throughout, Eubanks ultimately emerged as the winner after three sets. He is now 36-17 for the year and 21-10 on the hard surface. Eubanks has also already won an ATP title this year in Mallorca and reached the quarter-final at Wimbledon a couple of weeks ago. His solid performances have seen him rise in rank from 77th to inside the top 30 in under a month, and he will be heavily fancied to win this match despite his opponent getting the better of him on four occasions. 

While Eubanks has reached his career-best rank this year, Vukic has done likewise by getting inside the top 80. He lived up to his favourite tag against Ethan Quinn in the opening round by overcoming the American in straight sets and then went on to provide an excellent display against number four seed Yoshihito Nishioka in the last round. He lost the first set, and it looked like the second would go to a tiebreak, but Vukic managed a clutch break of service late in the set to take a 6-5 lead. The final set was an even more closely-contested one, but the Australian managed to come good in the tiebreak. This is his first quarter-final of the year on the ATP circuit though he has made three Challenger circuit finals and claimed one title. While Vukic will go into this match as the underdog, he will still be fairly confident since he beat this opponent just two months ago at the Busan Challenger event en route to the title.
