The Chicago Bulls will play their third match of the 2024-25 NBA season on Sunday when they welcome the Oklahoma City Thunder to the United Center. The Bulls are 1-1 this season, while the Thunder are 1-0. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

The Chicago Bulls have made a mixed start to the season, suffering an opening night 123-111 defeat to the Pelicans before pulling off an against-the-odds 133-122 victory over the Bucks last night. 

Coby White led the Bulls to victory over the Bucks, scoring 35 points along with five assists and four steals, while Zach LaVine contributed 25 points on nine of 15 shooting. 

Chicago posted a 48% shots made percentage from the field in the upset victory, scoring 70 points in the second half in the process - something they will need to repeat against the formidable OKC. 

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City Thunder are currently favourites to conquer the Western Conference, and they sent out a clear message to the rest of the teams by dispatching the Nuggets in their opener.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander looks like a problem for opponents this season and led the team with 28 points and eight assists in the game. Chet Holmgren added 25 points and four blocks. 

However, while OKC were excellent on defence, there is room for improvement at the other end, as they only made eight of 36 attempts from three-point land and 42% from the field.
