Castres Olympique host RC Toulon looking for a win to take them into the play-off positions in Top 14. They begin the weekend in seventh place with their visitors two spots and a couple of points above them. The top six go into the end-of-season play-offs here so this is a vital game for both sides. Castres have won five of their seven home fixtures in Top 14 this season. However, it was the first five games of the season that were won. They come into this home fixture having lost the last two to USA Perpignon and Clermont. Both were close matches with a combined winning margin of seven points for their two opponents. They had lost four games in a row in Top 14 until the recent win at Section Paloise where they scored 44 points.

RC Toulon are in the play-off positions and are only four points behind the league leaders at the start of the weekend. Like several sides in Top 14, their results away from home are far less impressive than those achieved on home soil. Only one of their six away games has been won this season. They have lost their last two in Top 14, being beaten by Stade Toulousain and Montpellier. The first of those losses was to the side currently second in the table. However, the defeat at Montpellier was a disappointing one as they are bottom of the table. Their last Top 14 fixture was at home to Bordeaux and that was lost too, their sixth league defeat of the season. We tip Castres to win this match.
