Casper Ruud vs Felix Auger Aliassime Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Finals

Fifth seeded Felix Auger-Aliassime takes on the third seed Casper Ruud in the ATP Finals. This is a match in the Green Group with the other two players being Rafael Nadal and Taylor Fritz. Auger-Aliassime is taking part in these finals for the first time in his career. The Canadian has been in excellent form in recent weeks winning titles in Florence, Antwerp and Basel and then losing in the Paris Masters final to Holger Rune. That loss ended a run of 16 straight wins for Auger-Aliassime who is now at a career high sixth in the rankings. He trails Ruud 2-1 in previous ATP Tour meetings. The Canadian won their first match in 2019 but has lost twice since, one being on clay which is Ruud's best surface.

Casper Ruud is fourth in the world rankings but got as high as second after reaching the US Open final in August. He's won three ATP Tour tournaments this year but they were all on clay and the last title was won in July. Ruud also made it to the final of the French Open this year. His form has dipped since the US Open with only one quarter final in four tournaments played and he only had to win one match to reach the last eight in that event. Back Auger-Aliassime to open the Tour Finals with a win over Ruud.
