Top seed Carlos Alcaraz will on Tuesday battle the qualifier Arthur Fils in the first round at the Queen’s Club Championship. The winner will play either Jiri Lehecka or Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the second round. Carlos Alcaraz is switching to grass for the season with this tournament. In total, he has played in three finals. His success has seen him break into the top 100 for the first time. He is currently ranked 58th in the live ranking which is a new career high. This form that he is on should have him confident of causing an upset against Alcaraz. Fils made his grass-court debut in Hertogenbosch and so far has won four of the five matches he has played on the surface. He defeated Alexei Popyrin 2-1 in his final qualifying match.
