Cameron Norrie vs Diego Sebastián Schwartzman Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Indian Wells

Cameron Norrie takes on Diego Schwartzmann in the last eight at Indian Wells. Norrie is seeded 21st and that's ten places below his opponent.but he is more than capable of causing an upset.  The world number 26 is up to 23 in the live rankings and will climb to 20th if winning this match. That would also see him overtake Daniel Evans as the new British number one. Norrie has won one title this year (one that he began ranked 71st) and in his most recent tournament, lost in the final of the San Diego Open. He beat Denis Shapovalov, Andrey Rublev and Daniel Evans in that tournament  Norrie also reached the final at Queen's Club as well as clay court tournaments in Estoril and Lyon. This week has seen him beat Tennys Sandgren, 15th seeded Roberto Bautista Agut and Tommy Paul, each match going to three sets.

Diego Schwartzmann is the world number 15 but up a place in the live rankings. He has slipped down the rankings though as he began the year in ninth place. The Argentinian has also won one title this year, a clay court tournament in his home country seven months ago. He hasn't got past the last eight of any tournament since then. Last week, he made it to the quarter finals in San Diego, losing to Rublev, who was then beaten by Norrie. To get to the last eight at Indian Wells, Schwartzmann has beaten qualifier Maxime Cressy in three sets, came from a set down to beat Daniel Evans and then defeated sixth seeded Casper Ruud in the last 16. Norrie leads Schwartzmann 2-1 in previous meetings, most recently coming from two sets down to beat him at the 2020 US Open. The only win for Schwartzmann was three years ago. Back the Brit to get the win here, possibly in three sets.
