The Brooklyn Nets will lock horns with the Cleveland Cavaliers in NBA action on Tuesday at Barclays Center. The Nets (10-15) are tenth in the Eastern Conference table, while the Cavaliers (22-4) comfortably sit in first place. Below is our prediction for the match. 

With just one win from their last nine matches against the Cleveland Cavaliers, this is not a record the Brooklyn Nets can be proud of coming into this match, more especially if they want to return to winning ways.

The Nets were behind a humiliating 135-119 defeat against the high-flying Memphis Grizzlies at the FedExForum on Saturday, making it back-to-back defeats. 

To make matters even worse, they have lost five of their last six matches, including three at home. However, their performances at the Barclays Center have been quite modest with five wins and six losses over their last 11 games.

Cleveland Cavaliers have shown no mercy this season as they have been dominating the competition black and blue.

After suffering just their fourth defeat of the season against the Miami Heat, the Cavaliers wasted no time in getting back to winning ways with a comfortable 115-105 victory against the struggling Washington Wizards on Saturday. 

Away from home, they have won eight of their 11 games but come into this match with a solitary win in their last four matches
