The Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic will return to TD Garden for Game 5 of their NBA Playoff series on Tuesday. The Celtics beat the Magic in Game 4 to lead the series 3-1. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The Boston Celtics are now just one win away from the conference semis after securing a hard-fought 107-98 victory over the Magic at the Kia Center on Sunday. 

While Orlando did their best to make the game ugly with their physical defence, Jayson Tatum still showed his class, with 37 points and 14 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown added 21 points and 11 rebounds. 

However, a recurring feature in this series has been the Celtics' struggles from the three-point line. They shot just nine of 31 in the last match - something they will need to improve in later rounds. 

Meanwhile, the home loss in Game 4 has likely dashed all realistic hope for the Orlando Magic to reach the last eight in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. 

Orlando did well to match the C’s in most areas, but the major difference came at the free-throw line, where they shot 14 of 20, while Boston hit 30 of their 32 attempts. 

While there is no doubt that the Magic possess one of, if not the best defence in the NBA, their lack of offensive firepower outside of Paolo Banchero is a clear issue and one they need to address next season.
