The Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic will return to TD Garden on Wednesday night for Game 2 of their NBA Playoff series. The Celtics lead the series 1-0 after winning Game 1 on Sunday, 103-86. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The Boston Celtics made home-court advantage count by winning Game 1, and the most impressive part of the victory was that they managed to do so with their two best players underperforming offensively. 

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown combined for just 33 points, but Derrick White stepped up in a big way, draining 30 points, including seven threes, while Payton Pritchard added 19 points off the bench. 

The major concern for the Celtics here is around Tatum’s availability, with reports suggesting that he could miss Game 2 owing to a bone bruise in his wrist. 

Meanwhile, Game 1 also revealed the Orlando Magic’s biggest problem - their struggle to find meaningful offensive contributions outside of Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner. 

While Banchero put up 36 points and 11 rebounds and Wagner added 23 points and five assists, Boston's other three starters, Carter Jr., Caldwell-Pope and Cory Joseph, combined for a mere 10 points. 

Notably, the C’s were 8-2 in games without Tatum this season, but both those defeats came against the Magic in December and earlier this month, respectively.
