Belgium vs France Prediction & Betting Tips - Women's World Cup

Belgium are taking part in their first Women's World Cup basketball tournament and have made a fantastic debut. They came into the tournament ranked 28th but surprised everyone by winning their group ahead of world ranked number two Spain. They began their campaign with a comfortable win over Puerto Rico winning by 50 points. Then they had a titanic battle with Japan losing 77-75 after over-time after coming back from seven points down going into the last quarter. With a final game against Spain to come, it looked as if they'd end up third in the group and go into the first knock-out round but they caused a massive shock beating the Spaniard to automatically qualify for the quarter finals. 

France are ranked third in the world but failed to win their group. They had an easy win over South Korea and just got home against Greece winning by four points. They lost their final group match to Canada losing by 11 points and that left them in second place in the group. The first knock-out round saw France get a 78-61 win over Turkey and if they can repeat that form then they can get the win over Belgium to reach the last four where the USA or Nigeria will await them.
