EuroLeague leaders Real Madrid travel to Olympiacos who are sixth in the table after 11 games. It's been a great season so far for Real Madrid with ten of their 11 games being won. That puts them ahead of second-placed Barcelona who have a season record of 9-2. The two Spanish sides are the only teams in this season's EuroLeague to have won more than seven games. Madrid had won their first ten EuroLeague fixtures before losing their 100 percent record in their last match against away at Fenerbahce (currently eighth in the table). They won the first quarter by 13 points but the Turks fought back to take the game into over time and eventually won 100-99. Real Madrid had won all four of their away EuroLeague games before that loss to Fenerbahce. They lead the Spanish ACB by four points having won 11 of their 12 games.

Olympiacos are sixth and have a 6-5 record for this EuroLeague season. They also come into this home game against Real Madrid having lost their most recent EuroLeague fixture. The Greeks lost 85-77 at Monaco who are currently third in the table. Olympiacos went into the final quarter a point ahead but a poor end to the game saw a run of three straight wins came to an end. They have a 4-2 record at home in the EuroLeague  One of their losses was a 75-4 defeat to Baskonia, losing the second quarter by 21 points. Olympiacos are second in their domestic league with an 8-1 record. We go for Real Madrid to get the victory.
