Bangladesh vs England Prediction & Betting Tips - ODI Bilateral Series
by Devesh Jaganath in Cricket Predictions
England will prepare to wrap up the ODI series against Bangladesh when the two sides meet for the third and final match at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Monday. The visitors claimed the series win in the last match after beating the hosts by 132 runs, bringing an end to Bangladesh’s seven series winning run at home. Jason Roy was the visitor's top performer with the bat in the last match scoring 132 off 123 at the top of the order, while Sam Curran and Adil Rashid did the damage with the ball, claiming four wickets each. England has been clinical in this series to date and has adapted to the difficult sub-continental conditions excellently, especially in the batting department. Even with the series in the bag, the visitors will want to complete the whitewash in this one.
Bangladesh put on a good display in the first match and would have been disappointed to lose narrowly; however, they were unable to bounce back in the second match, which is certain to have given a knock to their morale. They were under pressure for much of that game as they chased 327 in the second innings but were unable to put a partnership of any significance together, eventually being bundled out for a disappointing 194. The ever-dependable Shakib Al Hasan once again top-scored for the Tigers with a hard-fought 58 from 69 balls but was unable to find a teammate to hold the other end. A whitewash is certainly on the cards for the hosts unless they can find a spark with the bat, though it looks like a tall order against a strong English bowling attack.

Our Bangladesh vs England Prediction
Bangladesh will do everything possible to avoid a series whitewash in their own backyard but will receive no favours from an English side that is looking more dominant with each game they play since Brendan McCullum’s arrival. The visitors have the better firepower with the bat, and their bowlers have adapted excellently to the conditions in Bangladesh. It should be an entertaining match, but we fancy the visitors to complete the clean sweep. Our Bangladesh v England prediction is a win for the visitors.
