A huge clash for a 6 pm game as the 11-4 Miami Dolphins head to Baltimore for a matchup with the 12-3 Ravens. The Ravens were immense in San Francisco last weekend, beating the team who had previously looked the NFL best absolutely senseless. They have built on having the number one defence in terms of yards given up with the 4th best offence in total yards, not looking to have much in the way of weakness for opposing teams to exploit. Lamar Jackson is one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the league which makes him so hard to defend. Overload down the field to stop the pass and he'll run, blitz him and he'll burn the defence with his strong and accurate arm. In five straight home games, they have put up 30+ points but the impressive part is how little they have given up at the other end. They beat the NFL North-winning Detroit Lions (11-4) 38-6 for example, pounding a reasonable Seattle Seahawks team 37-3. In fact, in five of their 15 games this season, they have restricted their opponents to single-figure points.

No team has scored more points than the 463 that the Dolphins have put up. They are hugely capable both through the air and on the ground which has put them on top of the AFC East. The issues that they have had this season are when they have been on the road at better teams. They have been able to beat teams who are struggling when they have been outside of Florida but they have been beaten in Buffalo, Kansas and Philadelphia this season and none of those three have put up the same record that the Ravens have. They were outscored 51-100 in those three games which suggests that they are going to have to play at a level that they have yet to get to on the road if they are to claim the win in Baltimore. With the number one seed in the AFL on the line, this should see both teams at their absolute best.
