Australia go into this final league game knowing that they have already qualified for the semi-finals. They top the group with 14 points and lead India by a point. India play earlier in the day so if they can beat Sri Lanka, then Australia will need to win this match to finish top. Finishing first would barring a net-run-rate miracle, see them take on New Zealand in the last four, a repeat of the 2015 final. Finishing second would see them face England. Is it all that important? Well, winning the league will see them in a semi-final on Tuesday so they'd have two days more rest than the other finalist who'd play their semi-final on Thursday. A win is therefore important and that's the predicted result for this game. At least the semi-finals will see all teams going gung-ho rather than protecting net-run-rate. 

Australia have far more players in form than their opponents who have only won two matches in this tournament. The Australian batting line-up has been far more consistent than their South African counterparts.
