Greece are eyeing their first win at the Olympics when they play Australia in their final Group A basketball match. Australia sit second with three points and Greece are fourth with two. Here’s our preview and a prediction for the game.
With a win, Australia will confirm their place in the knockouts. Brian Goorijan’s men came undone against Canada in the last round, losing 93-83. They led through the first two quarters but were unable to contain the star-studded Canadians after halftime.

He put up a game-high 27 points against Spain and added 11 rebounds. Vassilis Toliopoulos was the only other player with double-digit points and poured in 14. Defeat for Greece here will see them eliminated.
