The Phoenix Suns and Atlanta Hawks will face off at the State Farm Arena in the NBA on Wednesday morning. The Hawks (19-19) are ninth in the Eastern Conference while the Suns also (19-19) are 10th in the West. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The Atlanta Hawks suffered their fourth defeat in five when they were beaten by this opponent 123-115 last Friday. They are returning to the court after almost a full week owing to match postponements. 

Against Phoenix last time out, Atlanta shot 48% from the field and 15 of 32 from long range, but managed just 20 points in the third quarter and were unable to catch back up in the fourth. 

The Hawks are ranked seventh for points scored per game (117.2) but their struggles have come at the other end of the court where they allow 119.8 PPG (27th in the NBA).

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns are slowly turning things around, notching up their third win on the bounce on Monday when they beat the Hornets 120-113 at home. 

All-Stars Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal combined for 72 points, helping the side outscore Charlotte by 27-15 in the fourth quarter. 

The Suns are a mid-table team on both ends this season, 14th for points scored per game (112.3) and 19th for points against (113.7).
