The Atlanta Hawks will welcome the Miami Heat next in the NBA. Both teams are bumper-to-bumper in the Western Conference standings and are separated by just one game. Read on for our prediction for this match.

The Hawks, who are ninth in the East, are seeking to snap a three-match losing run. They have lost both of their ties following the All-Star break with the most recent being a 148-143 loss at home to the Pistons.

This was the second match in this three-game skid that both sides had gone over the 140-point mark. The Hawks, who are on the second night of a back-to-back, have lost 31 matches and dropped to five games below .500.

The Heat have a one-game advantage over the Hawks and will be eager to strengthen this with a win here. Erik Spoelstra’s men are also on the second night of a back-to-back.

They returned from the All-Star break with a 120-111 OT success against the Raptors. In their follow-up match though, against the Bucks in Milwaukee, they were pegged back and lost 120-113.

The Heat are now three games below .500 after suffering their 29th loss of the campaign. Miami had won two straight in Atlanta before they were outscored 120-110 in the first meeting of the season right after Christmas.
