Alexander Zverev vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Cincinnati Open

It doesn't happen too often these days but all of the top four seeds have reached the semi-finals of the Western & Southern Open. Second seeded Stefanos Tsitsipas takes on Alexander Zverev, who is the third seed. The winner takes on either Daniil Medvedev or Andrey Rublev in the final. Tsitsipas is bidding to win his third title of the year and his second ATP 1000 event. He won the Monte Carlo Masters and a clay court tournament in Lyon. Aside from that he's been beaten in three other finals. After being beaten by Novak Djokovic in the Roland Garros final, Tsitsipas had a bit of a drop in form, losing in the first round at Wimbledon. Form has returned and this is his second semi-final in as many weeks. In Cincinnati, he's defeated Sebastian Korda, Lorenzo Sonego (after going a set down) and another three-setter against Felix Auger-Aliassime (middle set lost). Tsitsipas has a good record against Zverev, winning six of their previous eight meetings. He's won six of the last seven but they are 1-1 this year. Zverev won in the Acapulco final, while Tsitsipas beat Zverev in the French Open semi-final.

Alexander Zverev is the world number five but will go fourth if winning this match. It's likely he'll get to fourth anyway sooner or later due to Rafael Nadal being out injured. Zverev has had plenty of success this year.  Singles titles have been won in Acapulco, the Madrid Masters and then winning the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. This is his first tournament since his Olympic glory. He's had wins over Lloyd Harris, Guido Pella and Casper Ruud, all in straight sets. Now it's getting a lot tougher for the German but this match really could go either way. A bet on over 23.5 games looks the best way to get a win here.
