The winner will face either 11th seed Alex de Minaur or fifth-seeded Daniil Medvedev in the last eight. Fourth seed Alexander Zverev has reached the last four at Roland Garros in each of the last three years. He's also got to two other quarter-finals in this tournament but is yet to win the title. He is down a place to fifth in the live rankings but second in the Live ATP Race. This year has seen him win the Italian Open and that good form has continued in Paris. He won his first two matches in straight sets, including beating Rafael Nadal in round one. The third round was tougher as he had to go to a final set tie-break to beat 26th seed Tallon Griekspoor.
