Alexander Bublik vs Jiri Lehecka Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Dubai Open

Unseeded Jiri Lehecka bids to cause another upset in the Dubai Tennis Championships. He takes on the seventh seed Alexander Bublik in the quarter finals of this outdoor hard court tournament. For the winner, the seeded opponent in the last four is second seed Andrey Rublev. Lehecka has won two matches to reach the last eight of this ATP 500 tournament. He beat qualifier Marton Fucsovics in the first round and that set up a match against fourth seeded Karen Khachanov. Lehecka caused a surprise by beating the Russian (who won the Doha tournament last week) in three sets after losing the first on a tie-break. Those two wins have taken the 22-year-old up to 32nd and could move into the top 30 if knocking out Bublik. He's already won the Adelaide International this year but this is the first time since that January win he's got past round two of a tournament.

Alexander Bublik was 23rd at the start of the Dubai Tennis Championships. He's up to 21st in the live rankings and that's equalled his career high. A win here will see him move up to 20th. Bublik had to come from a set down to beat qualifier Tomas Machac in round two. A straight sets win over Tallon Griekspoor followed with both the sets being won via a tie-break. Bublik has also won one title this year, the indoor hard court event held in Marseille. He also made it to the quarter finals in Doha last week and we tip him to get the win here.
