An unseeded player will definitely be in the last four of the Mallorca Open. Alex Michelsen takes on Sebastian Ofner in the quarter-finals of this grass court tournament. The winner will face either top seed Ben Shelton or qualifier Paul Jubb in the last eight. Michelsen is up to a career-high 55th after two good wins this week. He beat unseeded Nuno Borges in round one and then defeated third seed Adrian Mannarino both in straight sets. He's shown some good form on grass in the past and made it to the final of the Hall of Fame Open last year. With his Wimbledon debut set for next week, he's running into form at just the right time.

Sebastian Ofner is three places higher than Michelsen in the live rankings. His grass court season got off to a slow start with first round losses in both Stuttgart and the Halle Open. It's gone better this week but he again struggled in round one. The first set was lost to Jaume Munar but he fought back well to get the win. It was easier in round two as he beat the fifth seeded Luciano Darderi in straight sets. He's had one previous match against Michelsen and lost in straight sets but that was on a hard court. Michelsen looks to be in the better form and we tip him to win this match.
