Aleksandar Vukic vs Ugo Humbert Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Atlanta Open

Seventh seeded Ugo Humbert is in his second successive ATP Tour semi-final. He faces unseeded Aleksandar Vukic with the winner taking on either top seed Taylor Fritz or eighth seeded J J Wolf. Humbert recently reached the last four in the Hall of Fame Open tournament but that was played on grass. This week he's got to the semi-finals of this outdoor hard court event. Humbert began this week ranked 38th in the world and is up to 36th in the live rankngs. If he was to win this Atlanta Open he'd go up to 31st on the list. The 25-year-old reached the final of a Challenger Tour hard court event earlier this year. This is his first time past the last 32 of an ATP Tour event held on this surface. He made a shaky start in Atlanta and had to come from a set down to get past Constant Lestienne in the first round. He hasn't dropped a set in the past two rounds with the last eight seeing him beat the second seed Alex de Minaur. His last two matches have both seen a tie-break played. 

Aleksandar Vukic was ranked a career high 82nd at the start of this tournament. The Australian is now 74th on the live list and reaching the final will take him up to 61st. Vukic had only won three main draw matches on this year on the ATP Tour before playing this Atlanta Open. The 27-year-old reached the last 16 of this year's Delray Beach Open. He lost in the final qualifying round against Christopher Eubanks but was then reinstated as a lucky loser and beat Eubanks in the first round. That rivalry was renewed in this tournament as he beat Eubanks (seeded fifth) in the last eight. He's had some hard court success on the Challenger Tour, winning one title and getting to another final. Only one set has been dropped by Vukic in this tournament. That was the first set of hs second round match against Brandon Nakashima. This could be a tight match but we go for Humbert to get the win.
