The final of the 2023 Mallorca Championship will be contested by fourth seed Adrian Mannarino and the unseeded Christopher Eubanks on Saturday. Adrian Mannarino defeated Yannick Hanfmann in straight sets to advance to his first tour final in almost a year. The last time he played a final was in August of last season in Winston-Salem. Christopher Eubanks is through to his first-ever ATP tour-level final. Accomplishing this feat has moved him up a massive 27 places to number 50 in the live ranking, a new career high. To arrive at this destination, the American had to come from a set down to defeat Yannick Hanfmann 2-1. The win was his ninth on grass this year and his 29th victory of the season. Eubanks defeated Mannarino at the Miami Open earlier this year in what is their only encounter so far. This should have him confidant of claiming his first title win in almost two years. Eubanks won his last title in November of 2021 in Knoxville in the Challenger circuit. He has lost his last two finals with the last seeing him unable to defend his title in Knoxville last year.
