Adrian Mannarino vs Botic Van De Zandschulp Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Winston-Salem Open

There's just one seed left in the Winston Salem Open. That's second seed Botic van de Zandschlup and he takes on unseeded Adrian Mannarino in the semi-finals. The winner takes on either qualifier Marc-Andrea Husler or Laslo Dere in the final. Van de Zandschlup began this week ranked 23rd in the world and is chasing his first title of the year. The Dutchman has made it past the last 16 of a tournament for the first time since a semi-final on grass at Queen's Club in June. He's had tough draws of late though, losing to Cameron Norrie and Daniil Medvedev in his last two events. This week has seen him defeat Tallon Griekspoor, 15th seed Jaume Munar and in his quarter final, the 10th seeded Benjamin Bonzi. No sets have been dropped but his win over Bonzi was achieved via two tie-breaks.

Adrian Mannarino is the world number 65 and is in his second semi-final of the year. His other was in a grass court event held in the Netherlands. He has had a promising American hard court season with a quarter final reached in Atlanta, though he didn't beat any players ranked in the top 100 and was beaten by Alex de Minaur. Last week didn't go so well for him with a loss in the first qualifying round of the Cincinnati Masters. It's gone much better this week though and like his opponent, he's had a match in which all the sets went to a tie-break. For Mannarino, that was in the first round when beating Chris O'Connell in three sets. It's been easier since then with straight sets wins over ninth seeded Emil Russuvouri, the number eight seed Albert Ramos Vinolas and in the last eight, the fourth seeded Maxime Cressy. There's been one previous meeting between the pair and that was this year when Van de Zandschlup won in straight sets in a Melbourne hard court event. Back the Dutchman to again get the win and have a side bet on a tie-break being played.
