Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Predictions & Betting tips - F1

The 2024 F1 season comes to an end with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday evening. Max Verstappen has already again become world champion but the constructors' championship is still up for grabs. Here's our match prediction.

McLaren last became champion constructors back in 1998. They go into this final Grand Prix with a 21-point lead over Ferrari and will want to clinch the championship on Sunday. There's an excellent chance that they will do just that. 

Lando Norris will start this race in pole position and he'll be joined on the front row by teammate Oscar Piastri. Ferrari's chances of beating McLaren to the title look unlikely even though Carlos Sainz Jr qualified in third. His teammate Charles Leclerc is down at 19th due to a ten place penalty.

Norris has won three races this season but was unable to win the driver's title. McLaren had already dominated the practice sessions in Abu Dhabi before their success in qualifying. Not since 2011 have McLaren won this race which for the past four years has seen Max Verstappen (fifth on the grid) victorious. 

The last nine races in Abu Dhabi have been won by the driver who starts on pole. We believe that can happen again and go for Lando Norris to win this race.
